Synergy Chemicals ERP is a lightweight yet comprehensive enterprise platform designed specifically for chemical distribution and trading. Developed in PHP native with jQuery and DataTables, it delivers fast performance, simple deployment, and a familiar, responsive UI.

The multi-tab interface lets users open drafts, transactions, reports, and settings side-by-side—speeding up work without losing context. Sales teams can create transactions with dual-currency inputs (USD / IDR), live exchange-rate (kurs) conversion, PPN calculation, and automatic grand total updates. Operational details such as delivery notes (Surat Jalan), packing types, item weights (KG), and price per unit (@) are captured accurately for downstream logistics and invoicing.

A structured posting workflow moves documents from drafts to posted status, while supporting actions like Edit, Delete, Print (Surat Jalan / Packing List), and Recalculate. Finance modules cover Accounts Receivable/Payable (Pelunasan & Piutang/Hutang) with settlement tracking. Managers get price history, tax breakdowns, warehouse visibility, and consolidated reports/recaps to support margin control and compliance.
