NC Gym OS is an end-to-end platform for modern fitness clubs. From one browser dashboard you manage member plans, billing and renewals, class packages, and guest passes; run a fast POS for your in-house café; and get clean financials with built-in accounting.
Our IoT module connects directly to your turnstile gates (tested with common tripod/waist-high models). When a member scans RFID/QR/NFC, the system checks membership status in real time and triggers the gate to open—while logging every entry for audit and capacity tracking. If the connection blips, a local fallback keeps your front desk moving and syncs when online again.
You get a live revenue dashboard, detailed attendance analytics, inventory control for the café, and exportable journals that match your chart of accounts. Role-based access, audit logs, and multi-location support keep operations safe as you grow.
