OVERVIEW
The NC Gym Member App is the companion mobile portal designed for fitness clients. It provides a simple, intuitive interface so members can easily manage their gym account on the go. New users can quickly register, while existing members log in with email or phone number to access their details.
Members can view their active or expired packages, update personal biodata, and change credentials securely. The app also displays gym rules, payment reminders, and membership status. Integrated with NC Gym’s backend system, every login and profile change is synced with the central membership and access control database — ensuring members are recognized at the turnstile gate and allowed entry only if their subscription is active.
This portal is built responsive-first, optimized for mobile screens, and can be bookmarked as a PWA (Progressive Web App), giving the experience of a native mobile app without requiring an app store download. It bridges the gap between the gym’s operations and member experience, making self-service seamless and reducing front desk workload.
