KPS ERP is a lightweight yet complete enterprise system built with CodeIgniter 3 to manage end-to-end operations— from master data and inventory to sales, purchasing, delivery, invoicing, and finance.
The Dashboard highlights today’s key figures (total sales, total stock, BI exchange rate, tax rate) so teams can act quickly.
In Master Data → Item, users maintain part numbers, names, prices, and weights with fast search, sorting, and Excel export.
The Surat Jalan (Delivery Note) module supports granular filtering (company, customer, PO number, date range) and a clear status column (Posted / Invoiced). From here, users can generate invoices in one click to reduce re-entry and errors.
Sales, purchasing, and financial transactions sit alongside consolidated Reports and Settings, all wrapped in a clean, role-based UI that’s easy to learn and operate.
